I Get it: I know what it is like to face challenges, feel stuck, and feel alone. Being a human is both great and hard. I’m here to support you in connecting to your inner compass and finding a life of alignment, expansiveness, and enlivenment.
I take an integrative and individual approach to therapy, weaving together different aspects of my background and training depending on your needs and circumstances.
Most importantly, I approach therapy from a relational lens. This means that in our work together, we will build a strong and real relationship. And there's a good reason for this. Research tells us that the relationship between the therapist and client is a key factor in the success and helpfulness of therapy, regardless of the type of therapy that is practiced.
I am a working mama. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. While I have specialized training in working with pregnant people and new parents, I work with child, teen, and adult clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, in all phases and transitions of life.
I can’t change the world around you, but I can help you find your footing. Whether you want to feel comfortable in your own skin, struggle to set boundaries, get trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing, or seek meaning and connection—therapy is a place to listen deeply to your inner wisdom and experience. My role is to offer a supportive and restorative space to guide you toward the life you want to live and the person you want to be.
Together, we’ll discover
What stories are holding you back and keeping you stuck
How to heal from feelings of loneliness and abandonment
Ways to improve your confidence and meet your emotional needs
The things that make you feel the most alive
How to make the changes that you’ve been struggling to make
All couples have to navigate challenges, and most of us were never taught how to have a healthy relationship. These two truths lead many well-intentioned partners to feel stuck and disconnected. If you’re struggling with communication, intimacy, empathy, or conflict resolution – this is actually an opportunity to learn new skills, deepen your connection with your partner, and grow as an individual.
Humans are relational creatures and are often deeply impacted by the people we care about. This means that it can also be devastating when an important relationship feels fractured
I primarily use a mixture of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method of Couples therapy to support clients in creating constructive ways of navigating conflict while also building on a foundation of closeness and mutual understanding. I also received specialized training at the University of California, San Francisco Infant Parent program to work with couples navigating particular challenges in the context of parenting.
Relationship therapy is an incredible space to deepen your knowledge of each other, cultivate fondness for one another, and develop the tools to turn toward bids for connection while also managing conflict more productively.
